Quality Control

We are offering to our client quality control or quality assurance. Before we process an order, we will produce a sample of the same quality or higher for our clients. Once the samples are approved and confirmed by our client then we will start mass production.

During the mass production we will take steps in following the quality control to ensure the components and the goods will be exactly as per the client. Also, our ISO factories have their internal quality control processes that must be respected by their ISO certification.

When we deal with factories that are not certified, we will ensure to follow tightly the production.

Once the production is complete we can send final approval sample to our clients for last confirmation and usually this step will be final goods in the packaging to ensure all is correct according to the
clients’ requirements.

Another step we take is performing random inspections before shipping the goods to sea port. We send our Chinese employees on site that will randomized the products inspection. At this step, they will take dimensional report, pictures and testing the products if necessary.

Moreover, for our electronics goods, before we do package them we have to test them to ensure good working order. We will normally ask our factories to test the production at 95% (which is over the standard).

As a responsible company, we promise that the good we will deliver to our customers will be exactly like the approval sample. If, for any particular reason the goods are not exactly the same or has defect, we will reproduce the batch and resend to customer. This is our 100% guarantee from 3SD Industries and we will always follow this.

As for our components’ parts we will normally offer 1 year of manufacturing defect warranty. This is why we will offer at least a 1-year warranty on the goods. In this case we will either credit the customers or we will add the defect goods to a new order, replacing them by new products for free.
